"The paint showed up and the color..."
The paint showed up and the color looks fine, but there was really some sticky stuff around the cap, like it leaked a little during shipping. The box was a bit crushed too. It’s still usable, so I’m not really too upset, but I do wish it had arrived cleaner and been packed better.

"Pretty Easy to Use"
I used the site on my phone and it was easy to get around. I just put in my car’s year, make, and model, and found the color I needed quickly. The pages loaded fine and checkout was simple, with no weird extra steps or anything confusing. Everything was clear before I placed the order, so I’d definitely use it again.

"A decent little learning experience"
The paint went on easily overall, and the instructions were clear enough to get me started. It did take me a little while to figure out how to get the finish really smooth, so there was a bit of trial and error involved. it reminded me that some projects just take a little patience to get right. Not perfect, but definitely not bad either.

I picked this up after a friend recommended it, and overall it had most of the stuff I needed. The only downside was that one of the applicators was missing, which was a little frustrating. Other than that, it was fine

"Looked fine at first, then faded fast"
At first I thought the color was decent and it matched well enough, so I was hopeful. But after just a few washes, the paint started fading and wearing off like... seriously? I followed the directions and did everything I was supposed to do, so it’s frustrating when it still doesn’t hold up. For touch-ups, this was basically a waste for me. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

"Not Quite What Was Promised"
The paint match was close, so I’ll give it that, but the finish didn’t really turn out like I expected. They make it sound like it’ll blend in with the factory paint, but mine came out a little uneven and noticeably duller. Maybe my spraying technique wasn’t perfect, but still, the final result didn’t match the promise. It looks fine from a distance, but up close you can definitely tell it’s not quite right.

"A Tiny Paint Code Quest"
I used the vehicle paint code lookup on touchupdirect.com, it felt like the start of a small detective mission. The tool mostly got me where I needed to go, but I still ended up checking the sticker on my door just to make absolutely sure I wasn’t about to order the wrong color and ruin everything. The site was easy to use overall, though a few parts could’ve been clearer. In the end, I found what I needed, so it was a win, just not the smooth, effortless victory I was hoping for...

It did what it was supposed to do, so that's fine. Totally fine. The only thing that bothered me was the tip felt kind of messy to use, which was a little annoying, but overall it worked.

The paint dried really fast and cured up nice. I was able to get the car back outside the next day, which was a big plus. Overall happy with how it turned out, no complainst here...

"Primer worked surprisingly well"
I wasn’t expecting much, but this primer actually went on really smooth and seemed to help the paint stick better. I’m guessing it might have something to do with the texture or formula, but either way, it did the job nicely...

"Pretty good, but not a perfect match"
The paint arrived fast and was easy enough to apply, no real issues there. The color match was close, but in bright sunlight I can still notice the spot a little. Could be that my car’s paint has faded over time — hard to say. It definitely looks better than it did before, just not quite as exact as I was hoping. I’d say it’s decent overall — just don’t expect the repair to completely disappear.

"Pretty sure it did the trick"
I had a few little scratches and chips on my bumper, and this covered them up better than I expected. The paint match seems close to me, at least close enough that I don’t really notice the spots anymore. I took my time with it, and I’m sure the bumper looks a lot cleaner now

"Pretty close color, but the brush was tricky"
I ordered some touch up paint from touchupdirect, and the color match seemed close to me, at least as far as I can tell. The main issue was the bottle brush. It picked up way more paint than I expected, so when I tried to cover small chips, it got messy fast unless I was really careful. Maybe I’m just not great at applying this kind of stuff, but it worked better once I kept wiping off the brush before using it. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, just not quite as easy as I was hoping.

"Good match for the price"
I checked a few other places first, and TouchUpDirect ended up being cheaper, so I figured why not?? The paint matched my bumper scratch well enough, and shipping wasn’t bad either. For the price, I’m happy with it

I ordered some touch up paint and the checkout process was easy. The only thing was shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t AWFUL or anything, but I did think it would show up a few days sooner, and the tracking didn’t really update much for a while. The product arrived fine in the end, so no major complaints. I just wish delivery had been a bit faster or at least more clear
